A note from the founder

Hi, I'm Ajay.

For 28 years I poured everything into a career in the steel industry and let my own health quietly fall apart. Smoking, drinking, fast food and erratic sleep left me with tuberculosis, gut trouble, and a back that would not stop aching. I looked and felt far older than I was.

In 2015, while I was busy complaining about my health, a college friend told me to stop talking and start changing. That was my wake-up call. On January 1, 2016, I began, and I never looked back.

I learned quantified nutrition and resistance training, went from 82 kg to 57 kg, and ran marathons I could not have imagined when I was breathless after 200 metres. Ten years later, with a Diploma in Nutrition & Fitness, I have coached 300+ people across India and abroad.

The Iron Edit is how I pass that on. As brittle iron forges into unbreakable steel, we reshape your health, mindset, body, and, if you want it, your performance in sport. No crash plans, just a clear, personal system that fits your life.
